There is a non-refundable fee of $60/adult/married couple. The property you are applying for will still be shown to other prospective tenants until the property has an approved application with a full Reservation Fee paid. All leases are 12 Months unless approved prior to completing the application.
In order to complete your application for process please submit a copy of your photo id/drivers license for all applicants over the age of 18 along with two most recent pay stubs or tax returns for proof of income, photos of pets, to firstname.lastname@example.org to prevent any hold-ups for applications being processed.
Here is a list of our restricted breeds -Pit Bull (American Staffordshire Terrier, American Bullies), Rottweiler, Doberman Pinschers, German Shepard, Chows, Huskies, Malamute, Great Danes, St. Bernard, Mastiff, Presa Canario, Akita. 40 lb weight limit and a maximum of 2 pets. No pets under 1 year will be accepted.

Bankruptcy Disclosure: Any applicant in a current open Bankruptcy will be denied. Once your Bankruptcy has been discharged and/or dismissed you may then apply for a home with us.
By signing the application you grant us permission to communicate with all the contacts listed in this section in the event we can’t locate you. Furthermore, if you abandon the apartment for any reason then you grant us permission to allow your relative listed above to remove all contents of the dwelling on your behalf.

I understand this is an application for a rental property with CJ Real Estate, Inc and/or Results Real Estate Services, LLC (collectively “Landlord”) and that this application does not constitute a rental or lease agreement in whole or part. In order to submit this application, Landlord requires a non-refundable application fee of $60.00 (hereinafter the “application fee”), which will be used to determine the applicant’s compliance with the Landlord’s rental criteria.
If the application fee is paid and your application is approved, you will receive a notice of this approval and a description of the proposed lease terms and any fees that will be required at time a lease is signed including, but not limited to, the monthly rent amount, the monthly pet rent (if applicable), the administration fee, Community’s Property Damages Liability Waiver (PDLW) known as Renter Liability Protection monthly fee of $16.00, $7.00 per month for Latchel Home Assistance Services, and the security deposit.
Please note that even if you are approved, Landlord will continue to market the property you have applied for until either (1) the applicant pays a non-refundable reservation fee (hereinafter the “reservation fee”) equal to one-half of one month’s rent or (2) the applicant signs a lease, pays a security deposit in an amount to be determined based on rental criteria but not to exceed two one month’s rent, and takes occupancy of the property. If an applicant chooses to pay a reservation fee, the reservation fee will be credited towards any other fees due at lease execution. However, in no event will any fees constitute a security deposit, in whole or part, until such time as a rental or lease agreement is signed by the Landlord or the property owner and Applicant. Applicant further agrees that all fees shall be paid electronically.
By submitting this application, I warrant that the statements I have made are true and correct. I further authorize Landlord to perform a credit and/or criminal background check on me and to otherwise verify all of the information I have provided which may include contacting any individual or business I have disclosed in this application. I understand that any discrepancy, or false statements or lack of information may result in the rejection of this application. By submitting this application, in compliance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act, I further authorize Landlord to obtain a consumer report by a credit reporting agency or other sources as part of the pre-screening background investigation and understand that it may contain information about my employment and educational background, criminal history, credit, previous claims, mode of living, and character and personal reputation. The undersigned agrees this application and any information in reports will remain the property of the Landlord and may be shared with the owner of the property applied for.
